SUNKID: Cooperation with Almholz brings innovative alternatives

SunKid Family Rides with wood paneling

At the INTERALPIN 2011 at the Summer World stand, SunKid, along with business partner Almholz, presented its products for the summer and in doing so, attracted the attention of numerous professional visitors. The SunKid Family Rides TOWER, NAUTIC JET and SKYDIVE, as well as the BUTTERFLY and the LOOP family could be admired by visitors as meticulously designed model equipment. The highlights of the stand were the design studies presented by SunKid, which indicated the future direction of development.

The studies combine both steel and wood in a modern way. The Family-Rides from the SunKid summer product line can, for example, now be refined with optically impressive wood paneling. The stability and functionality of the steel structure remains untouched, yet the optical components take on a stronger presence thanks to the wood. Family-Rides already in operation can also be retrofitted without a problem with wood paneling in various designs. The positive feedback from professional publications during INTERALPIN, as well as resulting project meetings confirm to SunKid management that with the direction they have taken, they are anything but off the wooden track.
