1 x Wonder Carpet = 3 x higher passenger volume

In the area of the valley station of the Areitbahn in Zell am See – in direct vicinity of parking areas and close to town – the existing ski lift was replaced with a SunKid Wonder Carpet. The result after a winter season by far exceeded the operator’s expectations.

On peak days, the number of transits reached a level of up to 4500 passengers and average utilization over the entire winter season could be tripled. Not only beginners of all age brackets from the neighboring ski schools, but also winter sports enthusiasts with toboggans, sleds and company, fully rely on this comfortable and safe transportation solution. The new route was laid out in a way that made use of the ski runs on both sides of the Wonder Carpet possible.
