New: Conveyor-cover in the Stubai Glacier
In co-operation with the Stubai Glacier Railways we installed a full cover for a 66-meter long Wonder Carpet Conveyor and a 39-meter long Wonder Carpet Conveyor in the Stubai Glacier (Tyrol). The innovative investment was implemented this year.
Criteria for the development of this innovative solution were, first, safety (emergency exits for cases of panic, accidents, and breakdown of the equipment as well as an unobstructed view of the whole facility for supervision) and, secondly, the high requirements raised by the Alpine location.
